Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many customers across New Zealand, offering tailored rates, where possible, free shipping cost. This ensures that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our inventory account and our packaging team will package the products from there. We package twice a day; once at midday before the courier arrives and once at the end of the day. This means most of our products are shipped out within 24 hours of the order, sometimes even on the same day if you order before midday!
Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We use best rates international shipping service which is fast enough to deliver your item in minimum 2 weeks and maximum 4 weeks of time span after it is processed.
Once the item has been packaged and the courier has been booked, you will be sent an invoice along with your tracking number link to keep you updated of where your package is at all times. Due to Covid-19, delivery is taking longer time than expected. However, we have a buyer protection of another 4 weeks to monitor the order in case the item is in transit for longer than expected. Besides that, we ensure to initiate full refund to the customer if the buyer protection period ends.
